After an unfortunate early game contact grade 2 MCL that occurred in the autumn internationals, Joe had to take time off on crutches, with restricted movement. 

However, whilst completing his rehab with the Wasps physios, Joe has managed to continue his upper body and lower body strength programmes with Faye at the gym at Twickenham Stadium. He has equally been put through his paces with off feet conditioning in order to maintain his anaerobic fitness.

Now running again, Joe is able to work harder, seeing Faye for two sessions a day to optimise his work to return to play and rugby form at the end of January and into February.
