Faye Downey, Founder & Managing Director

Faye holds a Degree & Masters in Sports Science from Loughborough University and has written and delivered World Class conditioning programmes for a wide range of sports and athletes representing Great Britain at Olympic, World Championship, European and Commonwealth level. Faye works at a national level in team sports for several Premiership football and Rugby clubs, including 2009 Guinness Premiership Champions, Leicester Tigers and Finalists, London Irish. Faye was a member of the coaching team for England RFU during the 2007 Rugby World Cup and helped prepare Joe Worsley for his 2009 Lions Squad selection. Faye also coaches UK Tennis player, Oliver Golding.

Judith Buchanan, Elite Performance Centre Manager

Judith holds a Degree in Business Administration with French from Loughborough University. She spent a year studying European Business at the Université de Mons-Hainaut in Belgium. Judith has over 13 years experience working in the Corporate Sector in London and internationally. Judith’s expertise lies in Marketing and Project Management and she has worked as far afield as Tokyo, Japan and San Jose, California.
